In that, we believe we are put here by God to create the best tasting food as we possibly can in order to serve you something that will help you enjoy life a bit better. Not to mention, everything we make is made from scratch too!

  • Yes! If you would like to become a wholesale customer, our current capacity is limited. To find out more, please call +1 226-622-9196 or email info@impressionsbakery.com.

  • Only cheesecakes are available for order at Impressions Bakery. All of standard cakes and cupcakes can be ordered through and picked up at our sister store Juliet’s Sweet Shoppe.

    Cake orders require 1 week’s notice.

  • Many of our customers come in and tell us that they had to come back because the first time they were here they enjoyed everything so much!

    From time to time, however, there is a return or request for a refund. And that’s okay, sometimes this happens! We will gladly do our best to help you sort everything out.

    Please come to our store with the item in question, the same method of payment, and your receipt for proof of purchase so we can sort it out accordingly. We will talk with you and inspect the food item. It is our final decision whether or not we can refund your purchase.

  • We are closed on Sundays so we can worship and rest. Mondays give us time to prepare for the week ahead by baking tons of goodies just for you!

  • We rotate through the seasons with soup, spring rolls, frappes, and more! Call us to check if we have something you’re looking for or check out our menu.

  • We proudly serve gluten free and vegan food! If there is something you’re after in particular that we don’t serve yet, please call us to see if we can fulfill your dreams.

  • Allergens are present in our store and we cannot guarantee any items to be allergen free. All stations are cleaned thoroughly between uses, especially in the case of tree nut & gluten allergies & sensitivities.

    Please ask one of our staff if you need to check for an allergen.

  • We are very pleased to be a made-from-scratch bakery! Besides the cold drinks in our retail fridge in front of house, all of our items are made from scratch. This also includes, but is not limited to: dressings, pie shells, donuts, fillings, glazes, caramels, drink sauces, and more!

  • We are proud to serve you ethically-sourced coffee from Small Town Coffee Co., locally roasted in Atwood Ontario, just outside of Listowel! We source our tea from Metropolitan Tea Company

Orders & Delivery

  • Most of our treat flavours are already set for our menu. If you’re looking for something specific like a cake or dessert platter or anything else, please call us with your order and we’ll try go on an scrumptious adventure together!

  • The best and easiest ordering format for you and for us is to call in your order: call us during our opening hours of 9:00am-5:00pm Tuesday to Saturday and we’ll help you put an order together.

    You can also head to our online store to complete an order. Once submitted, count your order as received. If you need to make a change to your order, call us immediately so we can adjust accordingly.

    **Please DO NOT order via email. If you email, it will most likely end up in our spam folder due to security filtering. Any email orders in our inbox and/or spam folder will be not be fulfilled.

    Our direct messages on Social Media are also open for orders - you can message us on Facebook and also Instagram.

  • You can pay for your order over the phone by providing us your credit card information. If you would like to pay over the phone, we will require the credit card number, expiry date, and the CVV three-digit security number on the back of your credit card.

    Your personal information is kept private and secure. For more information, please read our privacy policy at the bottom of this page.

  • We are able to deliver for a fee only in the immediately local Listowel area, depending on our scheduling and availability to deliver. We otherwise request all orders will be picked up by customers in our store.

    As soon as we receive payment using credit card information given to us by you over the phone, we shred your credit card information for security purposes. When you provide us with delivery address information or personal information when you email us, it is never shared with anyone other than Impressions employees for the sole purposes of completing your order.
