What started as a dream to open up a coffee roastery quickly turned into something else: the rollercoaster of life brought us to baking pies for wholesale out of our tiny kitchen. As we moved forward in that adventure, we quickly found that we couldn’t keep up with the orders and needed to grow!

In order to keep up with the growing demand, in 2019 we moved to our current location right into the heart of downtown Listowel, Ontario our family of ten has been serving our community tasty treats ever since.

We are constantly searching and striving to make the best foods you will honestly ever eat. We opened up our sister store Juliet’s Sweet Shoppe in December 2025 right next door to Impressions, serving up made-in-house ice cream from scratch and some of the best candies you can find in the country.

We are also pleased to announce our renovations have begun at a second Impressions location where we’ll be roasting our own super tasty coffee and baking up the best pizza in the country.
